CNHS Goals

Expand the Home Ownership Center which serves as a “One-Stop-Shopping” center for all home ownership services to Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough County residents.

Encourage the revitalization of the North and South Greenwood neighborhoods through real estate development and lending activities.

Develop a marketing strategy to improve Clearwater NHS’ visibility.

Recruit and maintain a stable and effective Board of Directors.
